Seed Bank International — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using seedbankinternational.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Nature of Offering — Sacramental & Spiritual Use Only

All genetics, seeds, and materials offered through the Site are made available strictly for sacramental and spiritual use only.

By acquiring any genetics or materials, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No commercial license, commercial use, or resale rights are granted by any sale, transfer, or possession
• You receive materials solely as a private steward-participant for personal preservation, spiritual, and sacramental purposes
• No ownership of, or license to commercialize, any genetic line, cultivar name, or associated intellectual property is conveyed; all such rights remain held in stewardship
• This is a private, faith-based stewardship offering and a participation in the preservation and restoration of sacred genetics — not a commercial transaction

3. Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, or of legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the acquisition and possession of cannabis genetics in your location.

4. Orders & Payment

Payments are processed securely through Authorize.Net and any additional methods made available at checkout. Full payment is due at the time of order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

Shipping is available only to qualified jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. We are not responsible for packages seized, delayed, or returned by customs or carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Genetics are living and collectible specimens and cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with documentation.

7. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

All materials are provided "AS IS," with no warranty of germination, viability, yield, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the materials in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the State of Michigan.
