WHAT WAS YOUR INSPIRATION BEHIND THE ART?
Being a Texican, I am proud of where I come from and what my family has done. Mexican culture is huge for us, and I wanted to show love to where I was born and raised.
WHAT DO YOU LOOK FOR WHEN SELECTING YOUR MALES?
Structure is extremely important along with flower production. I also pay attention to leaf morphology as ways to see what is showing up in genetics.
The Bean Dip was a fem project mainly driven by wanting to make Chimichanga. That’s been my hard work for 3 years. I made Black Milk around 5 years ago with Purple Milk, which started my thirst for rare terps and breeding for hash.
WHAT CAN GROWERS LOOK FORWARD TO IN THESE CROSSES?
The Beans has a sweet tart candy flavor that is dominant. So that shows up a lot. Extremely frosty everything. Some amazing colors, for sure. Flavors are candy, no doubt.
WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT BREEDING?
Having the control and being able to create herbs that still get me ripped after 30+ years smoking, and that tastes incredible. Flavor design is my favorite. I love being able to share with the world and plant the planet.
WHAT ARE SOME TIPS YOU HAVE FOR PHENOHUNTERS?
Just find something you like, and that’s all that matters. You won’t need very many seeds from RHG to find that “ONE”
