At DESIGNER we connect the past with the future. The FOREST features the renowned East Coast Sour Diesel heirloom clone-only. A clone that heralds from the early 90’s and has been kept alive by connoisseurs, the ECSD is one of the most desirable expressions of cannabis in existence. 

The DESIGNER team is testing all the finest heirloom varieties of Sour Diesel held in grower stables and will be releasing various expressions of Sour Diesel. This specific ECSD is a gift from Olympic Seeds.

This East Coast Sour Diesel is everything one could ask. She’s greasy, skunky, and grows like a champ. Every calyx is an expression of divine beauty. We labeled the FOREST a F1 or first filial generation in-cross, instead of a second generation backcross, because we used a less variegated, phenotype of the ECSD. The flowers, however, are identical to the original mother. Combined with our NYCSD male, which is 75% ECSD and 25% Grateful Breath, the FOREST may also be considered a BX2 or East Coast Sour Diesel IBL.

The revival of Sour Diesel represents a cycle within the genetic palette. A full thirty years. Heady and euphoric cannabis is making a return.
